register.com.es presents domain name registration, renewal, transfer and DNS services for .es, .eu and .it names, and lets visitors check whether a name appears to be in use and send us enquiries. Orders are governed by our Terms of Service, and personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Conditions of use
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith, and not to use it to damage, overload or interfere with the site, its systems or other users. We may change the content or design of the website, or suspend access to it, at any time and without notice.
4. Domain lookup results
The availability check on the homepage queries public DNS from your browser. It is an indication only: a name can be registered without being delegated in DNS, and registry rules may prevent a name from being registered. Availability is confirmed with the relevant registry before any order is accepted.
